French Talk Show Host Rips Into Trump: ‘Go F*ck Yourself, You Are Not Welcome In This County’

President* Donald Trump’s visit to France isn’t going very well as he increasingly isolates us from our allies. Just over 60 world leaders gathered in Paris for Armistice commemorations on Sunday. Ahead of that ceremony, the leaders walked shoulder-to-shoulder along the Champs Elysees toward the Arc, but Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin did not participate in the processions.

White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders told reporters that Trump arrived separately due to “security protocols” but she did not elaborate.

And on Saturday, Trump canceled his visit to a World War I Memorial in France to honor our fallen soldiers because it was raining, prompting a swift backlash from across the globe.

Trump has taken shots at world leaders, NATO, and the EU, so French talk show Quotidien used some strong language after the U.S. president* has exhibited so much hostility.

The show’s host said what we’re all thinking in the U.S.: “Go and f**k yourself, you are not welcome in this county.”

British politicians in 2017 expressed the same sentiment after Trump retweeted a doctored video from a British anti-Muslim activist. That individual has now been banned on Twitter.

This morning, French President Emmanuel Macron tore into nationalism, calling it “a betrayal of patriotism” and warned against “old demons coming back to wreak chaos and death.”

Trump recently described himself as a Nationalist, then called a black female reporter’s question about that “racist.”

Trump’s decision to stay in his hotel room rather than join other world leaders in celebrating the 100-year anniversary of the end of World War I was embarrassing.

He just can’t stop himself. It’s almost as if electing a former reality show star with zero political experience was a bad idea.
