CNN’s Chris Cuomo Humiliates Cory Lewandowski After He Refuses To Admit That Trump Was Wrong (VIDEO)

Cuomo repeatedly pushed Lewandowski to just admit that Trump was wrong when he praised a Congressman who bodyslammed a reporter. But Lewandowski absolutely refused. And every time he did Cuomo made him look like a bigger and bigger fool.

On Friday night former Trump campaign manager Cory Lewandowski made an appearance on CNN with Chris Cuomo. And the interview quickly went off the rails when Lewandowski absolutely refused to admit that Trump was ever wrong.

Cuomo and Lewandowski were sparring over comments that Trump made at a campaign rally this week when he praised Republican Congressman Greg Gianforte for bodyslamming a reporter. Gianforte was convicted for that crime. But to Trump he is a hero because he beat up a member of the press.

Trump’s comments were particularly egregious because they came just days after Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi was brutally murdered by the Saudis.

“Why lionize him in front of the crowd, why say he’s your guy?” Cuomo asked Lewandowski. “Nobody on the left has said anything like that? Why would the president?”

“Well, Chris, I think the rhetoric as it comes to this is just, again it’s way too high,” Lewandowski replied.

“His is way too high. Call his out, Corey,” Cuomo pushed.

“Chris, it’s — Chris, it’s going to be on both sides,” Lewandowski said before he went after Eric Holder.

“But I want to hear you say that what Trump said was wrong!” Cuomo pressed further.

“What I’m saying is both sides are wrong,” Lewandowski whined.

This back and forth went on for several minutes. The more Cuomo pushed him to just admit that Trump was wrong the more foolish Lewandowski looked as he squirmed and tap danced around.
