Ex-Cruz Strategist Details How Beto O’Rourke Is F**cking The GOP; This Is Huge

Congressman Beto O’Rourke (R-TX) is really making waves on the national stage. He is challenging Ted Cruz for his Senate seat. Now, most people would think it a spectacular joke, the idea of a Democrat winning a Senate seat in deep red Texas. However, Rep. O’Rourke’s message is resonating with voters, and he is even making some on the left compare him to the 2008 magic of President Obama. This is the best sign of a blue wave we’ve had yet, the crazy popularity of Beto O’Rourke. And Republicans are definitely taking notice.

Appearing on MSNBC, political analyst and former Ted Cruz strategist Rick Tyler said of the unexpected situation in Texas:

“The problem right now is that this is a close race. This is anywhere between 0 percentage points and four points. It shouldn’t be. It should be a 10, 12, 15-point race.”

Tyler then pointed out the financial cost to the Republican Party and its donors, due to the fact that they are having to dump massive amounts of cash into race that they should not have to spend so much as a dime on. He warned his Republican comrades:

“When you have Club for Growth and Americans for Prosperity and the Koch Brothers all diverting resources from races they want to pick up on the Democratic side, moving that money and those resources to Texas, that keeps the Republican Party from competing in I think you got a candidate, Beto O’Rourke, who’s just been a very interesting candidate and has run a tremendous campaign. And he’s raised a ton of money. He’s electrified the left.”

I never thought I’d say this, but I agree with Rick Tyler. Beto O’Rourke is our guy. I’ll leave you with this viral video of his talking passionately about the issue of NFL players kneeling in protest of racism and police brutality, and in defense of the advancement of social justice.
