Don Jr Lashes Out Over The ‘Trump Baby Blimp,’ Immediately Regrets It

Approximately 250,000 people hit the streets on Friday in protest of Donald Trump’s visit to the U.K. That’s a bigly amount of people considering the population in the U.K. pales in comparison to that of the U.S. The former reality show star avoided London because he was afraid of the protests and a balloon. Hovering overhead was a 20-foot tall, snarling, angry, diapered baby filled with helium. The images quickly went viral on the Internet and on the news. Everyone’s attention was on the “Trump baby blimp,” that flew over the protests in London.

But, this also happened on a day that special counsel Robert Mueller handed down 12 indictments for the 2016 hacking of the Democratic National Committee (DNC), with 11 of the defendants charged with conspiracy to commit computer crimes, eight counts of aggravated identity theft, and conspiracy to launder money. Two defendants are charged with a separate conspiracy to commit computer crimes, according to the indictment.

Donald Trump Jr. responded to the blimp, tweeting, “If this is the “resistance” I’m really glad I’m on the non-batshit crazy side.”

Twitter users were quick to respond, after all, this was not a good day for the Trumps.

What he said.

She’s just asking.

Junior is getting nervous. It’s hard to keep track but approximately 35 indictments have been handed down, with a total of about 191 charges. Former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort is in prison right now waiting for his trial.
