Trump Tells Fox News He Wants To Be A Dictator Like Kim Jong-un

At this point, Trump has dropped any pretense of wanting to make America great — unless “great” means “dystopian hellhole ruled by an unqualified, stupid, and brutal dictator.” In an interview on state propaganda network Fox News, Trump outright told  “Fox & Friends” that he wants America to be a dictatorship like North Korea.

“He’s the head of the country — and he’s the strong head, don’t let anyone think anything different,” Trump said. “He speaks and his people sit up in attention. I want my people to do the same.”

People “sit up in attention” in North Korea because Kim Jong-un is a horrible dictator who kills and imprisons political dissidents. In fact, North Korea has imprisoned about 120,000 people in deplorable conditions simply for expressing political beliefs that do not match Dear Leader’s. According to Amnesty International, those imprisoned in these camps are  “subjected to forced labor as well as torture and other ill-treatment.”

Trump says that the guy who does that to his own people is a “very tough” leader who “loves” his countrymen and women.

Asked why he is praising Kim Jong-un, Trump said: “I don’t want to see a nuclear weapon destroy you and your family.”
