A Storm Is Coming, Trump Forgot To Sign NDA With Porn Star (DETAILS)

Stormy Daniels, the porn star to whom Trump paid $130,000 to keep quiet about their affair, is suing him because he never signed the non-disclosure agreement that’s now known as a “hush” agreement. Sure, Trump’s attorney, Michael Cohen, signed it, but he himself never did while she signed both the NDA and another letter a little over a week before the 2016 presidential election.

Daniels made waves when she first told the world that she and Trump had had an affair while Trump’s wife, Melania, was pregnant with their son Barron. According to the complaint, Cohen has been trying to shut her up, with his most recent attempt happening just a few days ago. She and her attorney want the agreement declared void since Trump couldn’t be bothered to do his part and probably just assumed that she’d keep quiet because he’s Donald Effing Trump, and they want Cohen to leave her alone.

The complaint states:

“[Daniels] seeks an order…declaring that the agreements in the forms set out in [the NDA and side letter] between [Daniels] and [Trump] and [Cohen] were never formed, and therefore do not exist, because, among other things, Mr. Trump never signed the agreements. Nor did Mr. Trump provide any other valid consideration. He thus never assented to the duties, obligations and conditions the agreements purportedly imposed upon him. [Daniels] contends that, as a result, she is not bound by any of the duties, obligations or conditions set forth [in the NDA and side letter].”

It also says that Cohen himself breached the contract when he made his statements to the press in mid-February, then goes on with:

“To be clear, the attempts to intimidate Ms. Clifford into silence and ‘shut her up’ in order to ‘protect Mr. Trump’ continue unabated…on or about February 27, 2018, Mr. Trump’s attorney Mr. Cohen surreptitiously initiated a bogus arbitration proceeding against Ms. [Daniels] in Los Angeles. Remarkably, he did so without even providing Ms. [Daniels] with notice of the proceeding and basic due process.”

Both the NDA and the side letter use pseudonyms for both Daniels and Trump. She’s referred to as “Peggy Peterson,” and Trump is referred to as “David Dennison.”

There’s very little reason to suspect that Trump is unaware of Cohen’s activities. Not only does the New York State Bar Association require lawyers to keep their clients informed of things at all times, it’s also just not bloody likely that Trump doesn’t know about this. In other words, Trump did what he always does – neglect to do his duty, uphold his end of a bargain, and be a halfway decent human being. And once again, he’s in trouble for it.
