Josh Duggar Sued For Assault And Battery After Alleged Rough Sex With Adult Film Star

Josh Duggar is supposedly still at some faith-based “rehabilitation” center for his sex addiction, but his name is back in the headlines while he “heals” from his issues. Adult film actress Danica Dillon says that the disgraced 19 Kids and Counting right-wing hero-turned-pariah paid her $1500 for sex after he met her at an adult entertainment venue in Philadelphia where she was doing lap dances. The two hooked up privately after Dillon’s public performance was over. Dillon says that this was when things got weird — even downright creepy and dangerous.

According to the lawsuit Dillon and her attorney have filed, while yes, the pay-for-play encounter was consensual, the rest of what occurred was not. The adult star, who one can imagine has had experience with all kinds of weirdness in that arena, was very upset with what transpired while she was alone with Josh. Dillon says that Josh “assaulted her to the point of causing her physical and emotional injuries.” Dillon, who in reality is a wife and mother named Ashley Stamm-Northup, is seeking damages in the amount of $500,000 for the alleged assault, which she says has led her to be treated by a psychiatrist in the aftermath of the encounter with Josh Duggar. Dillon says she was “manhandled” by Duggar and the whole episode  “felt as if she were being raped.” The $1500 was supposedly “for her company.”

Of course, the Christian hypocrite will just invoke Jesus, like he did when he was outed as an ardent participant on the notorious infidelity website, Ashley Madison, where he possessed not just one, but two paid accounts with all the best features. Duggar’s excuse then likely still stands now. For a refresher, this is what he said:

“I am so ashamed of the double life that I have been living and am grieved for the hurt, pain and disgrace my sin has caused my wife and family, and most of all Jesus and all those who profess faith in Him.”

Right, because it doesn’t matter what a slimy, lying, cheating hypocrite you’ve been, it’s all forgiven if you find Jesus, right? No wonder that brand of Christianity is so attractive to these “family values” hypocrites. They can do what they want, moralize all over the rest of us until the cows come home, as long as they have Jesus at the end of the day. Seems legit.

One has to wonder what Josh Duggar is into when the activities he demanded were so rough even someone in Danica Dillon’s profession  is deeply disturbed by the experience. Must be something really weird and disturbing, but then again, that’s what a lifetime of sexual repression does to you, I suppose.

Even after the alleged assault, Dillon says Josh approached her again —the very next month with an apology. She says, however, that it was really just to get her alone so he could get his sexual kicks roughing her up again. Dillon’s attorney, Marc J. Frumer says that “while sex may be consensual, an assault and battery is clearly beyond the scope of any consent.” He went on to say that the film star “is seeking justice for herself.”

If this is true, I have to agree. Adult star or not, consent to a physical encounter does not = manhandling. This sort of thing is why consent lessons should be mandatory. If what this actress says is true, I hope she sues until Josh and his disgusting cult of a family are penniless.
