Ann Coulter Tweets Picture Of Chattanooga Shooter’s Family: ‘Deport Them’

Right-wing whackjob and proud xenophobe Ann Coulter sinks to new sickening lows this week after she tweeted a picture of Chattanooga shooter Muhammad Youssuf Abdulazeez’s family with the caption “Deport them”:

Abdulazeez opened fire on a military office in Chattanooga, Tennessee, killing four marines and a petty officer before police were able to kill him. And instead of grieving or expressing her thoughts and prayers with the families of those killed (like a good Christian would do), Coulter ended up using the tragedy to push her vehemently anti-immigrant stance.

Coming from someone who says immigrants are causing the “browning of America,” this type of rhetoric is hardly surprising for Coulter. And given how Republicans have been acting towards Donald Trump’s remarks and exploitations regarding immigrants, one shouldn’t be shocked to see Coulter’s conservative followers were in total agreement.

So, in Coulter’s mind (and all her nutjob followers), because one family member went rogue and shot up a military office, his mother, father and four sisters (one of whom has her Ph.D.) should all be deported. I guess Dylann Roof’s mother, father and sister should  kicked out of the U.S. too?

The common denominator is this: It’s because he’s Middle Eastern, because he’s brown. With xenophobia reaching new heights in the GOP, they aren’t even pretending to be closeted racists – they’re just coming right out with it. Yes, the Abdulazeez family immigrated to the United States, but no, they should not be deported.

I’d much rather deport Ann Coulter because there is a disturbing spike in right-wing extremist groups in the United States. In fact, there are more potentially dangerous right-wingers in the U.S. than there are ISIS militants.

So, if anyone is going to be deported out of safety precautions, let’s start with Ann Coulter and then move on down the chain.
