Tyler Lance Craddock, an open carry advocate from Shepardsville, Kentucky, is very angry with Moms Demand Action, which is a gun control advocacy group that was formed as a result of the tragic school shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Connecticut. The group publicized a photo of Craddock in a Kroger grocery store via Facebook, where he was photographed carrying his child, along with a loaded AR-15. The gun rights advocate threatened the group, telling them he would, quote “drive you away by force.” Craddock posted:
You people do not represent the fabric of America: we do. We gun toting hillbilly machine fixing people. You make me sick. And if any of you has(sic) a kid who was killed by a gun I’m sorry. But you dishonor their memory by saying you shouldn’t have the right to a gun which could have saved their life. In my perspective, you’re the one to blame for not taking your self-defense into your own hands.
So, in other words, as far as this guy is concerned, it is a dishonor to the victim of a gun crime to not own a gun. Got it. Okay, then. Glad we have those priorities in order. Craddock went on to say:
Oh by the way, if you ever make it down here to the the south, we will drive you away by force, because we don’t like you. Now what you need to do, is get back in the kitchen before you embarrass yourselves and you cause anymore than you already have. It was loaded. And it didn’t kill anyone either.
So, not only is this guy a deranged gun nut, but he is also a complete and utter misogynist. Get back in the kitchen? Really?
That isn’t the end of Craddock’s bigotry, either. He also advocated for killing immigrants. He tweeted:
GUN DOWN the illegal immigrants as they cross and they’ll get the message.
So, thus far, we have a misogynist, racist, gun-crazy man threatening a gun control group full of mothers who want nothing more than to keep their kids safe. Let’s see what else Mr. Craddock has to offer. Well, we see that his wife is in lockstep with him ideologically, at least. When Craddock posted a photo of a Confederate flag, his wife, Alexandra commented:
I am a firm supporter of slavery except I don’t want to use blacks…. I want to use liberals and those with skewed worldly views. Seems like a win-win situation to me.
So, along with the gun craziness and extreme racism and misogyny, these folks are also advocates for slavery. Great.
To top it all off, to the surprise of absolutely no one, Craddock is a raging homophobe. His message to the LGBT community says:
Eight days ago my son Gabriel Joseph Craddock was born. He was created out of love I have for my wife. He represents the growing of our love for one another and our relationship together. Same sex couples can’t create life. Your relationships do not result in a fruitful life, instead your relationships are selfish and lifeless and you are on a pathway heading speedily for hell. This natural, beautiful phenomenon called creating life is something your community can never have. Ever. This is why society exists and all of culture has been allowed to develop and flourish throughout the world…God’s natural order of things. And yes your community members are unnatural, unfruitful and an abomination towards God.
I won’t even go through all of the reasons that this man is so completely wrong and totally ignorant on this and so many other issues. It would be a waste, for someone this ignorant cannot possibly understand logic, reason, or common sense. I can only hope that Moms Demand Action realizes that this man is potentially dangerous, and acts accordingly.
