Parental Permission Required For Rick Santorum School Speech (VIDEO)

Pakman Santorum

Rick Santorum is outraged that kids need parental permission to hear his speech at Grosse Point South High School in Michigan.

The story goes that Santorum was booked to speak, but school administrators cancelled the speech (reason why to come). Then the group Young Americans for Freedom raised $18,000 to pay for Sen. Santorum to appear. So school administrators then uncanceled the speech but said kids would need parental permission to attend. Miffed, Rick Santorum went on the Bill O’Reilly show to express his displeasure with that turn of events.

Sen. Santorum: “It was disappointing.”

He goes on to list his political credentials, seeming almost hurt, and asserts that they should feel honored to have “someone like that speak at your school,” rather than require parental permission. O’Reilly brings up the issue of Santorum’s opposition to marriage quality, which David then corroborates as being the salient reason why the speech was canceled in the first place…
